Then, you see people that are thin and fit and can eat anything they want and make it look, well, easy.
What if I told you that eating and finding balance is really easier than you think? Yep! Remember when you were young and wanted to ride a bike? It took training wheels, a "coach" (probably mom or dad) to help hold the bike and guide you to create balance. They may have added in some helpful and supportive words, too. :) Once you got the hang of it, riding your bike was easy, but it didn't start out that easy. You may have fallen off a couple of times, been a little frustrated, but with their help and encouragement you did it! YAY for you. You ride a bike.
Eating healthy and creating balance in your life isn't always easy, to start, but it can be! Many times when we need support, we go to books, magazines, websites, Facebook, movies, quick cures, diet pills (I hope not), the gym, and try crazy things to make things "easy". Doing crazy things doesn't make anything easy!
EASIER BUTTON: The key is (like riding a bike) finding someone to support and guide your journey to reach your goals; this is definitely going to make your journey easier - whatever your journey may be! (Imagine riding a bike the first time on your own, you would have fallen down way more times and you may have even been discouraged or even quit (like dieting?) - making you the only kid in the neighborhood not able to ride a bike-BOOHOO.)
Finding someone that has been down the path you want to journey on is who you want on your team. Just like your parents helped you ride your bike (they had conquered that goal) you want to find someone that has the background and knowledge that can guide you and provide a supportive structure to keep you moving forward. It saves time and helps you focus on what works for YOU. YAY for you. You lead a healthy life.
